• Woden will endeavour to provide our customers with the highest levels of service and aim to deliver a live person to person communication via telephone and/or e-mail.
• Domain registration for .uk domains will be done directly through Nominet,  the Registry Authority for the UK. 
• We charge £30/annum per domain name. This charge covers hosting of the domain on our servers with email forwarding to your own email address and/or one mailbox on  our servers using your domain.
• We charge £25 for cancellations, changes of registration or transfers. We will email the contact of the account through our online invoice, 30 days before before your domain name is due to expire to ensure you have time to decide.
• Should you wish to keep the domain name, you simply need to contact us by phone/email before the expiry date.
• If you do not respond the domain name will not be renewed and will be suspended 30 days after the expiry date and cancelled after a further 60 day grace period.You can also opt for autorenewal in which case you do not have to contact us at all as the domain will be renewed automatically before it expires.

• Non Uk domains like .com, .org or other countryLTD’s will be registered  through our partners in the EU/US. 
  Our advisors are happy to answer your calls up to 9.pm every day except Sundays.
  Where possible all telephone enquiries will be responded to at the point of your first call. If we are not able to answer your query directly, we ask you to email us at dnreg@woden.com with more detailed information if required. This address is constantly monitored so all written enquiries are dealt with in date order and you will receive a response within one working day.
   
• Any complaints relating to our UK domain services should initially be addressed to dnreg@woden.com. The complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours and then investigated. If the complaint is found to be justified, the complainant will be so advised and the issue remedied to the acceptance of both parties. 
   
• In case the domain owner needs to escalate their complaint further they should refer the matter to Complaining about a Registrar at  http://www.nominet.uk/resources/complaints.
